Sargodha (Soon Times), Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Asghar Joya visited Ramzan Bazaar Company Bagh. He was accompanied by ADCR Amir Hassan and Assistant Commissioner Azeem Shaukat Awan. The Deputy Commissioner checked the prices and quality of food items at various stalls. He also reviewed the provision of food items to the people and said that food items were being provided to the people on subsidized basis in Ramadan bazaars. The people have been provided the best facilities in Ramadan bazaars. Separate counters have been set up for men and women so that they do not face any problem. The Deputy Commissioner further said that 13 food items are being available at discounted rates in Ramadan bazaars. A 10 kg bag of flour is selling at Rs. 450, beef and mutton at Rs. 10, chicken at Rs. 12 per kg less than the market. Eggs are being supplied cheaply from the market at Rs. 6 per dozen and ghee at Rs. 10 per kg. Special discounts are also being offered on the prices of vegetables and fruits.
