Three Killed, 11 Injured in Multiple Incidents Across Balochistan

At least three people were killed and 11 others injured in a series of separate violent and accidental incidents reported from different areas of Balochistan, including Dera Murad Jamali, Notal, Tambo, and Jhal Magsi, according to local police and authorities.

In Dera Murad Jamali, unidentified armed men opened fire at a shop near DC Chowk, killing one person and injuring two others. The attackers reportedly fled the scene while firing in the air, creating panic among residents. Police later linked the incident to an ongoing land dispute between local tribes and launched search operations while setting up checkpoints in the area.

In another incident in Notal, a man was shot dead over a family dispute, while authorities shifted the body to a nearby hospital after completing legal procedures.

Separately, a tragic accident occurred in the Tambo area where a tractor-trolley fell into a ditch, resulting in one fatality and injuring the driver. Both victims were taken to a nearby health unit for treatment.

Additional incidents included a stabbing at a livestock market over a minor dispute, leaving a vendor seriously injured, and an armed clash in Sharqi Solangi Mohalla where four individuals were wounded during a domestic conflict.

In Jhal Magsi, a man and a woman were injured in a firing incident reportedly linked to so-called honour-related accusations, with suspects fleeing the scene.

Police officials confirmed that investigations are ongoing in all cases, and search operations have been intensified to apprehend those involved. Authorities stated that legal procedures have been initiated, and efforts are underway to maintain law and order in the affected areas.

These incidents highlight ongoing security and social challenges in parts of Balochistan, where disputes and violence continue to impact local communities.
