The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has successfully brought back four proclaimed offenders from the United Arab Emirates to Lahore in connection with serious cases of murder and fraud. According to officials, the suspects — Abdullah, Adil, Muhammad Adnan, and Shah Faisal — were arrested in Abu Dhabi with the assistance of Interpol.
The operation was carried out through the FIA’s NCB Interpol wing, which had earlier issued Red Notices for the accused. After their arrest in Abu Dhabi, the suspects were transported to Pakistan and handed over to Punjab Police upon arrival in Lahore.
Authorities confirmed that the individuals were wanted in multiple criminal cases registered in Faisalabad and Sargodha. The successful extradition highlights strong cooperation between Interpol Islamabad and Interpol Abu Dhabi, ensuring that fugitives involved in serious crimes are brought back to face justice.
Officials described the repatriation as a significant step in strengthening international law enforcement coordination and ensuring accountability for criminal activities.
