Pakistan Embassy in Tehran to Hold First-Ever Consular Services Camp in Qom on October 22

The Embassy of Pakistan in Tehran will organize its first-ever one-day Consular Services Camp in Qom, Iran, on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The initiative aims to facilitate Pakistani nationals living in Qom and surrounding areas by bringing essential consular services closer to their communities.
The camp is being organized in cooperation with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It will provide Pakistani citizens with an opportunity to access important documentation and other consular facilities without needing to travel to Tehran. The initiative is intended to reduce the time, transportation expenses and logistical difficulties associated with visiting the capital for official services.
According to the details shared by the Embassy, the camp will take place at Safa Hotel on Moalem Street, near Ammar Yasir Crossing in Qom. Services are scheduled to be available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on October 22. Pakistani nationals requiring assistance with their documentation or other consular matters can visit the designated venue during these hours.
The Embassy will provide services related to identity cards, passports and other essential consular matters. Applicants will need to follow the relevant procedures and meet the documentation requirements applicable to their requested services. Pakistani nationals planning to attend are encouraged to prepare the necessary documents in advance to help facilitate their applications.
The camp is intended to make official services more accessible to Pakistani residents who may face difficulties travelling to Tehran because of work commitments, family responsibilities, transportation costs or other practical considerations. By bringing consular facilities to Qom, the Embassy aims to respond to the needs of Pakistanis living outside the Iranian capital.
The Embassy has invited members of the Pakistani community in Qom and nearby areas to benefit from the one-day initiative. The outreach effort also aims to strengthen engagement between the diplomatic mission and Pakistani citizens residing in Iran.
The first-ever consular services camp in Qom forms part of the Embassy’s broader efforts to improve service delivery and provide convenient access to essential official documentation. The mission has reiterated its commitment to supporting Pakistani nationals across Iran through outreach initiatives and consular assistance.
