Founding General Secretary of PRPWA, Karamat Ali, Resigns

LAHORE (Web Desk): Karamat Ali, Founding General Secretary of the Public Relations Practitioners Welfare Association (PRPWA), has tendered his resignation, citing repeated personal targeting and inappropriate behaviour as the main reasons behind his decision.

In his statement, Karamat Ali said he had served the association for several years with sincerity and dedication, initially without holding any office and later as the elected General Secretary. He highlighted that he managed member registrations, documentation, and all administrative tasks through his personal effort and resources, purely in the spirit of service to the organization and without any personal interest.

He added that despite facing financial sacrifices, personal challenges, and harsh attitudes, he always prioritized the dignity and stability of the association. However, due to persistent undue criticism, he felt it was no longer possible to continue in his role.

Karamat Ali further clarified that, although he would not participate in any future responsibilities or electoral processes, he would remain available to assist with organisational files, records, or provide guidance if required.
