Minar-e-Pakistan Hosts Massive Shaheed-e-Ummat Conference Promoting Unity and Awareness

A massive gathering titled the “Shaheed-e-Ummat Conference” was held at Lahore’s iconic Minar-e-Pakistan, attracting hundreds of thousands of participants from across Pakistan, including men, women, and children. The conference was organized to pay tribute to the leadership and services of Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei while emphasizing themes of national unity, sovereignty, justice, and solidarity within the Muslim Ummah.

Prominent religious, political, social, and academic figures addressed the gathering, including Allama Syed Jawad Naqvi, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, Muhammad Javed Kasuri, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Huzoor Mehdi, and Syed Amin Shirazi. Speakers highlighted the importance of collective awareness, resistance against oppression, and strengthening unity among Muslims despite differences in schools of thought.

The conference stressed that justice, dignity, and support for oppressed communities should remain central values for the Muslim world. Participants were encouraged to promote discipline, national solidarity, and intellectual awakening while working together for the welfare and progress of society.

Speakers also reflected on the significance of Muharram as a period of sacrifice, reform, and reflection, urging scholars, media, and citizens to avoid division and promote harmony. The event concluded with special prayers for Pakistan’s stability, prosperity, peace, and the unity of the Muslim Ummah.
