The 18th China-ASEAN EXPO(CAEXPO) and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit has been inaugurated on friday in the capital city of South China’s Guangxi Province.
Chinese President Xi JinPing wrote a congratulatory letter to the participants of CAEXPO. Xi Jinping stressed that in November last year, at the opening ceremony of the seventeenth China ASEAN Expo and the China ASEAN Business and Investment Summit, I put forward 4 initiatives for building closer China ASEAN destiny, community, and received positive responses from ASEAN countries, and cooperation in related fields is continuing. One belt, one road ahead, will be built up in the future. The Chinese side is willing to strengthen strategic mutual trust with ASEAN, deepen cooperation in various fields such as anti-epidemic, economic and trade, promote the early implementation of the agreement on regional comprehensive economic partnership, build a “high level of strategic partnership” with a high level and jointly build a good momentum of prosperity and development in the region.
There is special forum here in CAEXPO on the last day of Expo Marking 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan and China Pakistan. President Dr. Arif Alvi will address the forum via video link.
