Shah Muhammad Awan discussed the second amendment of the constitution, which clarifies the belief of Muslims, stating that no person can be considered a Muslim unless they believe in Khatm-e-Nabuwat. Since the Qadiyanis/Mirzais consider someone as a prophet and then as Massiah Maood (Imam Mahdi), who was not even a normal human being, such groups are considered outside the fold of Islam. The speakers also expressed positive views on the rights of minorities, affirming that every community that acknowledges the Constitution of Pakistan is entitled to full rights.
