ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has launched a new WhatsApp-based digital assistant aimed at facilitating telecom users across the country.
According to an official statement issued by PTA, the digital assistant has been introduced to provide general guidance regarding telecommunication services and complaint procedures. The service is available on WhatsApp at 03150055055.
The system offers menu-based options, allowing users to quickly access relevant regulatory information. By selecting specific commands, users can receive timely responses to their queries, ensuring efficient and streamlined communication.
PTA stated that the primary objective of this initiative is to enhance user convenience, ensure easy access to regulatory information, and promote modern digital services through the effective use of technology.
The launch of the WhatsApp digital assistant reflects PTA’s commitment to improving customer support mechanisms and strengthening digital governance in Pakistan’s telecom sector.
