Isakhel (Soon Times), the swearing in ceremony of Shams and Qamar Foundation was held at Central Secretariat Sial Sharif which was presided over by Sahibzada Muhammad Qasim Sialvi, Central Chairman Shams and Qamar Foundation. Members and officials from all over Pakistan participated in this grand ceremony. The ceremony started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Qari Basit Naeem Sialvi. The ceremony was graced by Hazrat Khawaja Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq. Sialvi Sahib specially attended and announced his full support for the mission of Sahibzada Muhammad Qasim Sialvi Sahib. Sahibzada Mohammad Qasim Sialvi said that a state-of-the-art cardiology center would be set up in Sial Sharif in which free treatment facilities would be provided to the deserving persons.
