Sayyda Khadija (R.A), A Paragon of Loyalty

Hazrat Jibrael-e-Ameen revealed himself upon Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.W) and conveyed the divine message to the Last Prophet that Sayyeda Khadija (R.A) is coming to present some edibles to him and Allah Almighty says Salam to her. Jibrel-e-Ameen, also, presented his salam to the great lady of the time. Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.W) had his pious first child, Qasim from Hazrat Khadija and Hazrat Khadija called Muhammad (S.A.W.W) Abul Qasim, due to being father of Hazrat Qasim. Hazrat Qasim died in childhood, barely capable of walking on feet. Afterwards Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.W) had four daughters from Hazrat Khadija, Hazrat Zainab, Hazrat Ruqayyah, Hazrat Ume Kalsoom and Hazrat Fatima. Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.W) once declared that four ladies, Maryam (R.A) daughter of Imran, Asia (R.A) wife of Pharoh of Egypt, Hazrat Khadija and Hazrat Fatima have no parallels in the world. They are distinguished from rest of the Women of the World.
Hazrat Khadija exhibited unfathomable loyalty to Muhammad (S.A.W.W). Her love with the last Prophet knew no bounds and was beyond the scale measuring human passions.
Hazrat Khadija led a life of piety and devotion to islam and unparalleled love with Pegamber-e-Islam. She was renowned daughter of Khawalid bin Asad a successful and affluent trader of Mecca. After the death of her father she inherited mammoth wealth, which she managed skillfully. One of her servants Maisrah told her that a young man named Muhammad (SAWW) has exceptional integrity and skills to handle her business. She got agreed to entrust her business to Muhammad (S.A.W.W) and upon the request of Hazrat Khadija Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.W) transported her commodities to Basrah. In the first Journey due to the integrity and hardwork of Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) She had mammoth earnings. Every trade-trip of Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) yielded great earnings. Being influenced by the integrity of the Muhammad (SAWW) she conveyed Muhammad (SAWW) message for marriage, which he accepted after permission of his uncle Hazrat Abu-Talib. Thus the great lady of the time became the life Partner of the Last Prophet. At the time of marriage she was of 40 years and Muhammad (SAWW) of 25 years.
After joining the life of the Last Prophet she spent every moment of her life in the service of the last Prophet. The great lady of the time took pleasure serving her husband, who had borne innumerable hardships throughout his life, in the way of Allah.
Every Muslim till the doomsday and the days hereafter would take pride in the glaring fact that our great mother, Hazrat Khadija, led exemplary pious life since childhood and was renowned with the title of Tahira. We take pride in the crystal clear fact that our great mother Hazrat Khadija, as all the wives of Last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) were declared the mothers of all Muslims, was a lady of unprecedented loyalty to the Prophet of Allah Almighty and Islam, so much so that the Creator of the Universe sent “SALAM” to her through the messenger Hazrat Jibrael. When we think of this unique honour bestowed upon her by the Allah Almighty, we render to prostrate before Him to offer our sheer gratitude. Our hearts feel immeasurable thankfulness to the Almighty Allah that he was too gracious to award, our mother, an honoured place which a human being cannot think of, Allah Almighty is saying Salam to her. Allah Almighty conveyed the message to the Prophet that she would be kept in a unique palace made of “Marwareed” where she would live in peace and pleasure. She was brought up by her father in luxuries like princess and after marriage with the Last Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) distributed her wealth in the poor and the indigent and she allowed happily and after that led her life in hardships which the Prophet had to undergo in the way of Allah. When living in Sheb-e-Abu Talib she got weak and decrepit due to poor nutrition an died at the age of 65, after the death of Hazrat Abu Talib. Being in exorbitant sorrow Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) led the whole year in the sad memories of her beloved wife and uncle and announced the whole year as the year of sorrows and sufferings. The death of Hazrat Khadija (R.A) left indelible sorrowful marks on the rest life of Muhammad (SAWW). He often reminded her memories with grief. Hazrat Ayesha said, once he was recalling the services of Hazrat Khadija with sorrowful voice that I interrupted the Prophet (SAWW), with the remarks you (SAWW) often remember an old lady. Hazrat Ayesha said the Prophet got sorrowful and rebuked me to never take the name of Hazrat Khadija in such a way. He (SAWW) narrated and recounted the services of Hazrat Khadija (R.A), when I was penniless, she gave me her whole wealth to spend where I like, I was alone and she accompanied me whole-heartedly, when I got wounded at the hands of unbelievers, she compassionately consoled me and I have my children from her. She was the first amongst women to accept Islam.
Hazrat Khadija guarded the last Prophet (SAWW) throughout her life like an iron-mettled lady. Her mettlesome life was just like a citadel of comfort and console for the last Prophet and her death was an irreparable loss to the Prophet as well as Islamic era and the Prophet (SAWW) endeared and remembered her throughout his rest of life. It is heart touching to hear and note that she was a great benevolence and blessing of God Almighty to the Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) who is himself Rehmat-ul-Alameen for the whole humanity. She was an embodiment, Paradigm of compassion, gallantry, wisdom and unflinching loyalty to the Prophet and stood like a rock in the way of disbelievers to thwart their nefarious designs to cause harm to him and Islam. With her death a chapter of benevolence and sacrifices ended and the last Prophet who is himself embodiment of inexhaustible gallantry and bravery and aggrandised by all renowned intellectuals of the world as greatest general and warrior-combined with the sentiments of sheer compassion for the humanity, felt strongly that the death of Hazrat Khadija (R.A) is irreparable loss to the muslims, a towering personality who served as fence to the incursions against Islam and The Last Prophet (SAWW).
Let us remember 10th of Ramdhan as the day of Hazrat Khadija to learn a lesson how an affluent life had been sacrificed by Um-ul-Momneen to pay tribute and acknowledge the greatness of her beloved husband, the Last Prophet of almighty Allah, who is beloved to the whole Muslim Ummah.
